Agreement

By installing or using tocly, you agree to these terms. tocly is provided by Talvix LLC (“we,” “us”), a Wyoming LLC registered at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What tocly does

tocly is a Chrome extension that generates AI-powered summaries, key points, timestamps, and chat-based Q&A for YouTube videos. Summaries are generated from publicly available video transcripts using third-party AI models. Results are provided “as is” and may not be fully accurate.

Free tier and limits

The free tier includes 5 AI-generated summaries per day. Transcript access is unlimited. We reserve the right to adjust these limits. If we introduce paid plans, existing free-tier features will remain available.

Your responsibilities

• •Use tocly in compliance with applicable laws and YouTube's Terms of Service
• •Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• •Do not use tocly to infringe on the intellectual property rights of content creators
• •Do not use automated systems to make bulk requests to our API

Intellectual property

The tocly extension, website, and branding are owned by Talvix LLC. YouTube video content remains the property of its creators. AI-generated summaries are derived from the original content. They are for personal use and do not grant ownership of the underlying content.

Disclaimer of warranties

tocly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that summaries will be accurate, complete, or available at all times. AI-generated content may contain errors. For high-stakes decisions, verify information in the original video.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talvix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of tocly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 for free-tier users).

Third-party services

tocly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or OpenAI. We use these services to provide functionality, but they are governed by their own terms and policies.

Termination

You can stop using tocly at any time by uninstalling the extension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms. We may also discontinue the service with 30 days' notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of tocly after changes constitutes acceptance.
